Who counts as a person?
Anyone at your company who signs in to Signoff during the month. The people reading your emails never count, however many there are.
We run on Microsoft 365. Are we out of luck?
For now, yes. Signoff works with Google Workspace today. Register interest, choose Microsoft 365, and we will tell you if that changes.
How do we pay?
We set up each company ourselves for now and send an invoice. Teams of 3 to 9 are invoiced once a year. Teams of 10 or more choose monthly or annual invoices.
What happens if we stop?
Installed signatures keep their text and links. The logo and banner images stop loading because Signoff serves them, so staff should replace their signature then. We delete your company's data within 30 days of the contract ending.
